Registration Process and Rates
The rates are as follows:

| New CD Certification Application Fee | $175.00 |
| CD Re-certification Application Fee | $125.00 |
REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS October 25, 2010
Cancellation
In the event that a registrant needs to cancel, you must do so fourteen days in advance of the workshop or October 25, 2010 to receive a full refund (-) a $25.00 processing fee. After October 25 no refund will be given.
