Course Director Recertification Requirements
The Course Director recertification is granted upon application and completion of the following:

1. Hold current Course Director certification.
2. Demonstration of an appropriate credential/license, and continuous possession thereof throughout the recertification period, as specified previously.
3. Completion of an eight-hour CAOHC Course Director certification workshop.
4. Submission of an application form and required fee, and approval by a Screening Committee.
5. Signed and dated statement of agreement, verifying that information supplied to CAOHC is accurate, and agreeing to adhere to CAOHC conditions.
6. Your application must be received 30 days prior to the workshop date or a late fee of an additional $25 US will be assessed.

Recertification will be granted five years from the date of last application approval or date of course director workshop to those meeting the above requirements

Course Director Recertification Fees
The fee payable to CAOHC for recertification is $125.00 US (non-refundable).

Your application will not be considered complete until you have provided ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:

1) Application Form
2) Fee
3) Mailed or Faxed Copy of your Current Credentials and/or License

• Course Director Workshop Registration

The final decision regarding eligibility for certification and recertification rests with the CAOHC Council.
