  • Developed and presented half-day course for AAOHN at American Occupational Health Conference
  • Increased publication of the UPDATE newsletter to 12-page issues with comprehensive information regarding hearing conservation in industry

    2000
  • Developed a video and course curriculum titled "Anatomy, Physiology and Diseases of the Ear" for course study and industrial worker education. Allowed video curriculum to replace one live instructor in a 20-hour OHC course
