According to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), employers are required to provide a “continuing, effective hearing conservation program” for employees who are exposed to potentially hazardous noise. For some employers the task of creating a comprehensive hearing conservation program (HCP) can be daunting. This series of hearing conservation disciplines is designed to help.
